Membership

Women for Girls is a group of like-minded career women committed to helping young girls reach their potential by supporting Girls Inc.'s mission.

This member-driven group uses its annual membership dues of $100, $250 or $500 to help underwrite programs enabling every girl who is in need of and wishes to participate in Girls Incorporated programs. Our goal is to support 150 girls annually.

Members receive exclusive invitations to tri-yearly events and shopping events featuring discounts with funds supporting Girls Inc. Past events include cooking presentations by local celebrity chefs, wine tasting and wine making events, afternoon luncheons and holiday parties.

Members have an opportunity to build camaraderie with other women who are passionate about giving back to their community and helping future generations.

Our events provide an opportunity to interact with girls and discuss issues of concern in their lives. Some of these community service projects with Girls Inc. include tutoring, career mentoring, holiday giving projects and other activities.

Membership Levels:

Bold $500 – Can support 1 girl in a 16-week Fit Girls & Families program
Smart $250 – Can support 1 girl in a 10-week Economic Literacy program
Strong $100 – Can support 1 girl through 1 week of summer programming

Summer 2010 YESS Luncheon

The Women for Girls Y.E.S.S. Luncheon will be held August 19, 2010 at Girls Inc. Center, located at 1815 Anaheim Avenue, Costa Mesa, CA 92627. The cost for an opportunity to interact with Girls Inc. girls, shop at their businesses with Y.E.S.S. currency, vote for your favorite businesses and enjoy a catered lunch is $40 for Women for Girls Members and $45 for Non-members.
