Eureka! will take place at Orange Coast College and is a four week commitment. Eureka! is an intensive enrichment program for girls who are currently in 6th-9th grades. The goal of Eureka! is to expose girls to various STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) careers in the hopes that they will become interested in those fields in college. Eureka! girls will also be participating in workshops on personal development that address various topics such as self-esteem, body image, healthy relationships, and peer pressure. In addition, the girls will be participating in fitness and nutrition education classes. There are various elective classes on a weekly basis such as swimming, dance, and art, and field trips are taken every Friday. It’s a fun-filled summer where girls will try new things and make new friends!

Eureka! requires a four-week commitment with full daily participation. The program runs from 8:30 AM – 5 PM. Supervised drop-off is from 7:30 AM – 8:25 AM. Supervised pick-up is from 5:05 PM – 5:30 PM. Lunch and snack are included Monday – Friday. There is a mandatory family orientation in June to review camp information, requirements, and expectations so everyone can have an incredible fun-filled summer!
